Return Policy:
Non-October Purchases: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase with receipt, excluding non-returnable items. See the non-returnable item list for more information.
October Purchases: Beginning October 1st-14th Returns will only be accepted within 48 hours of purchase. Starting October 15th-29th Returns will only be allowed on the same day as purchase. All sales are final starting October 30th.
Non-Returnable Items Include Cosmetics, Hosiery, Wigs, Masks, Collectables, Animatronics, and Items that have been worn.
All returns and exchanges are subject to management approval.
Online Order Returns: Online orders may be returned in store or through the the following process:
- Please include your item(s) in your package along with your invoice.
- Ship your item(s) back to: Nick Nackery 201 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47711
- All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
- Please request a tracking number for your returned package.
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Please note: We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.
Online Order Exchanges: First, place a new order for the replacement item(s) you'd like. You need to place a new order so that we can be sure to have inventory what you want and so we can send the items right away.
Once your new order is placed, you can return the original order for a refund.
